Description of gill shapes on Wikipedia that I can never find quickly so I've written it here. The Italian version has more info, though.
Curiously, the Italian version of the St. George's mushroom page states the gills are sinuate; however, the English version contradicts itself by stating they are free in the overview and then sinuate in the main text.
